The Ultimate Struggle

Giving am exam is not about topping it but about rationalizing it after doing so. The GMAT test is you’re backbone to many other such hurdles in life. These scores are used towards an admission to a business school, although these scores are not the only criteria considered during such an admission. Have you ever wondered what would your scores look like or rather how would they be divided? The GMAT scored are divided into four categories as that -of an overall score followed by sub score in math and the same in verbal and analytic writing assignments.

The math, verbal as well as the analytic category would be evaluated separately. For instance you’re scores in the analytic category would depend on- how you would analyze various questions or even as a matter of fact grammar. You would be graded on a scale of 0 to 6 by two graders as well as something called e-rater which would be checked through the computer. You would be checked on the writing style, content and grammar importantly. If in case you receive different grades by the graders, it would then be checked by a third person whose decision would be final.

If you’re wondering what the average could be for such a test- as per the latest reports received 530 is the required average. Although reports also state that the top business schools have also had instances of the average being about 700 and more. So you could probably understand the competition around. There is nothing as a good GMAT score because it depends entirely on the school you apply, each school having their own demand. You should rather consider a good score to be one that you expect or desire and fulfil doing so through hardwork.

If in case you intend getting into a top business school, do keep in mind its average and work towards it.
